What will you be doing?
This role is ideal for someone withexpertisein two primary trades, including:
- Roofing:Fix roof leaks, replace broken tiles or slates, replace or repairflashings,repair and lay felt membrane to flat roofs,replace metal corrugatedroofs,UPVCrepairs toguttering,Flaunchingto chimneystack,installation ofEave trays
- Plusanother trade :You’llalso bring skills from a related trade to support a wide range of repairs. Carpentry,Plumbing,Brickwork,Plastering,or locksmithadvantageous.
You’llneed to work independently, follow strict Health & Safety guidelines, and alwaysmaintaina high-quality standard of workmanship.
