Overview

Office work not for you? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and highly skilled Multi-trade Plasterer to join our team and as part of a friendly and professional in-house workforce, you will be responsible for the delivery of responsive repairs to our social housing stock.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of responsive repairs to our social housing stock.
  • Provide planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance and repairs to our residents.
  • Undertake associated shadow duties from another related trade.
  • Plastering as your first trade, secondary trade skills must be listed on the application or detailed in your CV.

Qualifications

  • Experience in two primary trades, including Plastering.
  • Ability to undertake associated shadow duties from another related trade.
  • Enhanced DBS check – include details and dates of spent convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings.
  • Must be able to include details on the candidate pack.

  • £31,161 – £34,654 up to £39,369 per annum career grade + £572.88 tool allowance (per annum).
