We’re looking for a passionate and skilled ICT Senior Analyst to join our Applications Development team. If you're excited by the idea of using technology to make a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing our revenues and benefits processes, acting as a skilled system administrator with a strong technical focus. You will take ownership of system configuration, serve as a primary link between our supplier and internal support teams, and lead key activities across audit, data migration and end-to-end testing. Working closely with our Senior Analyst and Project Manager, you’ll contribute to continuous optimisation, ensuring our platform is robust, efficient and aligned to evolving business needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong technical background in application delivery, preferable knowledge of NEC systems, but not essential.
  • Experience in using Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, productivity tools).
  • Experience supporting both cloud-based and on-premise applications.
  • A solid understanding of data integration and system connectivity.
  • Experience leading technical projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
