AtNew Forest District Council, we’re seeking a motivated and skilled professional to help us make a lasting impact in our local communities. In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of ourplanned maintenance, property improvement, and decarbonisation programmes, ensuring our 5,200 council homes remain safe, high-quality, and energy efficient.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring expertise in managing significant capital and revenue budgets, procuring and overseeing contracts, shaping strategic work programmes, and driving service enhancements that deliver real value for residents.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. With a commitment to deliveringvalue for money,customer satisfaction, andenvironmental sustainability.
What Is In It For You
- £51,530.00 to 54,793.00 per annum
- 37 hours working hours per week
- 27 Days annual leave (plus an additional 5 days after 5 years’ service)
