- Accurately register all types of planning applications.
- Meet daily targets for application registration.
- Answer telephone calls and e‑mail enquiries on all planning matters.
- Read, interpret and understand plans, calculate fees and apply government requirements to ensure applications are valid.
- Use own initiative, working well under pressure while maintaining high detail accuracy.
