New Forest Care Ltd is seeking a Pastoral Support worker to join one of our 4 schools in Totton, Dibden, Fawley and Romsey. You will support the Pastoral Support Lead to create a positive climate for all students and assist with behaviour and attendance plans.
The candidate should have at least 1 year experience as a TA/Tutor or similar child-facing role and be ready to work across term-time only, with opportunities for professional development and DBS support.
