We are happy to consider this as one full‑time role or a job‑share between two part‑time candidates. You’ll be at the heart of a fast‑moving outdoor business providing excellent customer service and efficient administrative support. You’ll be responding to customer enquiries, making bookings, taking payments and completing admin tasks. It’s a great role for someone who enjoys speaking to people, staying busy and working as part of a close supportive team. Help make adventure happen. New Forest Activities is part of National Park Activities, delivering outdoor experiences, family adventures, group events and residential trips across the New Forest.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking to customers, enjoys admin, can stay calm when things get busy and takes pride in being organised and helpful. You do not need years of experience, but you do need the right attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to work hard as part of the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Bookings & Enquiries: Answer phone calls and emails, respond to customer enquiries, help people choose the right activities and make sure bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Guide customers through the booking process, send out clear joining information, answer practical questions and help make sure people feel looked after before they arrive.
  • Admin & Office Tasks: Keep records up to date, support daily office organisation, check booking details, assist with paperwork and help the team stay on top of a busy workload.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with instructors, operations staff and the wider team so that activities, group bookings and daily plans run as smoothly as possible.

What we’re looking for:

  • Reliable, practical and good with people.
  • Organised, comfortable using computers, and confident communicating by phone and email.
  • Enjoy helping customers, pay attention to detail and cope well in a busy seasonal environment.
  • Positive attitude, common sense and willingness to pitch in.

Full‑time: 40 hours per week. Part‑time: 24 hours per week. Due to our rural location at Hazel Copse Farm, Beaulieu, reliable transport is essential.

What We Offer: Opportunities to work in a close‑knit, supportive team environment. Discounted activities for you and your family. Free parking. Looking for a busy, hands‑on seasonal role? If you enjoy admin, customer service and being part of a hardworking team, this is a great opportunity to join us for the season and play an important part in the business.
