About the Programme:

Our popular apprenticeship programme equips you for a career in the great outdoors. We have been providing activities from our adventure hub in the New Forest National Park in Hampshire since 2003, with over 20 years of 5-star outdoor instruction experience. Working your way towards the Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship, you will learn to deliver both land and water-based activities to people seeking the best experience. You’ll explore rivers, woodland and more, learning from some of the best instructors in the industry.

Please note, due to our rural location and limited public transport, a full driving licence is highly desirable. You must be able to get to us every day.

What Happens After the Apprenticeship?

Upon completion, you’ll be ready to start or develop a career as an outdoor instructor. You may also transition into a seasonal instructor role at New Forest Activities, giving you immediate experience. Some apprentices choose to relocate post-graduation; we can help with CV preparation and references.
