The ideal candidate should be able to handle the company’s finance department for 6 branches of restaurants at present and property investment companies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the company’s bookkeeping in XERO software, reviewing all entries and maintaining full compliance.
- Taking full control of compliance for VAT and the Companies Act.
- Managing and overseeing the company’s payroll, maintaining payroll compliance, adhering to regulations, and handling payroll and pension payments.
- Preparing quarterly management accounts for bank purposes.
- Preparing annual accounts and company tax returns.
- Providing regular updates of finance matters to the company directors.
- Maintaining supplier payments and approving supplier invoices and payments.
