The Invoicing Assistant will be responsible for invoicing New Era’s fleet deliveries for pack and liquid products. You will assist the Accounts Receivable Manager in ensuring customers are invoiced in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring businesses have received the relevant POD and all fulfilments are recorded accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing third party sales orders in the correct period
- Checking the accuracy of courier purchase orders and approving the invoice for processing
- Assisting with the checking of third-party sales orders and processing the delivered litres ready for billing
- Sending copies of proof of deliveries or invoices
- Responsible for invoicing and resolving queries for high profile key clients
- Weekly Fuel Card invoicing
- Assisting with any customer or internal queries that may arise
- Any other ad hoc tasks
