To grow, manage and maximize on existing customers providing full support for the customers’ needs ensuring they receive the best possible service as well as upselling on all product lines and building long and trustworthy working relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage a set of existing clients to achieve activity, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Building relationships with your clients with a focus on exploring growth opportunities within these clients.
  • Management of customer pricing and margin.
  • Ensure that customers’ orders are processed correctly and delivered efficiently.
  • To recognize opportunity within your accounts to provide and identify opportunities to sell additional products.
