The role of the Product Coordinator is to effectively plan delivery and communication of relevant product range launches. The Product Coordinator reports to the Product Manager.
Responsibilities
- To work alongside the Product Manager to co-ordinate product and realize the product briefs from development to launch (proto sample orders / approval / calendars, Sales sample orders and delivery).
- To ensure that full understanding of development SOP’s and development / launch cycle is achieved.
- Effectively track all product briefs by ensuring the product tracker is up to date with the progress of each development.
- Ensure that the PLM line plan is up to date with all relevant information for each product brief.
- To work with design to ensure all artwork is complete to the exact specifications of the customer/sales brief.
- Collate key account weekly sell thru data for the weekly sell thru meeting.
- To work with Global Sourcing (EMEA) to ensure the products and programs are launched with achievable delivery dates and achieve target margin.
- To communicate product launch updates to Sales / Customer Relations.
- To provide additional operational support to the other Business Unit teams as required.
- To coordinate samples and presentation tools for internal and external product meetings. This will include support when requested during key presentations.
- Distribute development samples to the sales team and customers in a timely manor.
- To ensure all licensed products go through our Licensor’s approval processes.
- Maintain Shared drives to ensure all relevant product information is available to Sales and Internally.
- Collate information for international launches, ensuring collections are priced in line with our structure and launch tools are pulled together in a timely manner to maximize sell in windows.
Co-ordinate reorders for Key Accounts, ensuring each request is reviewed according to the agreed process.
Knowledge and Experience
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel and PowerPoint.

Education
- Good secondary education, preferably up to A-level or equivalent standard
Please note that this role is fixed term for 6 months, and is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office, and 1 day working from home.
