Job Description
Responsibilities
- To work alongside the Product Manager to co-ordinate end-to-end apparel product creation process
- Support the Product Manager to brief apparel ranges and work closely with Designers when required
- Attend design and prototype reviews and capture/provide critical commercial comments
- Set up and maintain seasonal line plans
- Coordinate weekly cross-functional team meetings with Development and Sourcing to ensure key dates are met
- Work with the Sourcing Team to ensure relevant products and programs are launched with achievable delivery dates and achieve target margin
- Coordinate and communicate all product launches (program and SMU) including MID creation, segmentation calendar and price lists and launch emails to the Sales teams)
- Provide additional operational support to the other Product Teams when needed
- Coordinate samples and presentation tools for key meetings (Pre-line, Ready to Sell, Sales Meetings and Account Meetings). This will include support when requested during key presentations
- Assist on photoshoots to ensure product is prepared correctly for ECOM and lookbook shoots.
- Compile, communicate and analyse seasonal forecast by market
- Provide business analysis on a seasonal basis (following program close) To influence future product ranges
- Manage approval processes for all licensed products and build effective relationships with all Licensors
- Maintain Shared drives to ensure all relevant product information is available at all times

- Excellent organizational and problem solving ability

Skills
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel is essential.
- PLM experience is preferred (although not essential).
Please note that this role is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office, and 1 day working from home.
