The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for driving the localisation, optimisation and performance of ecommerce platforms across assigned regions for NEC and '47 brands. This role focuses heavily on translation and regional adaptation of content, alongside supporting SEO, ecommerce operations, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer experience and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Translation & Localisation (Primary Focus)
- Translate and localise product descriptions for NEC and '47
- Adapt website content including homepage messaging, promotional banners, and newsletters
- Support marketing teams with translations for paid ads, emails, and social media content
- Ensure all content is culturally relevant and aligned with regional audience expectations
- Content & SEO Optimisation
- Translate blog content and upload to Shopify with relevant assets
- Conduct keyword research to support category launches and improve search visibility
- Review and optimise SEO elements across PLPs (Product Listing Pages) and blog content
- Ecommerce Projects & Feature Support
- Assist project managers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature rollouts
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise regional performance
- Contribute to the successful launch of new ecommerce features and enhancements
- Regional Ecommerce Ownership
- Manage and optimise regional website performance
- Support updates to homepage, navigation, and PLPs based on data insights
- Identify growth opportunities using tools such as Contentsquare, Botify, and Google Analytics
- Assist with product merchandising using Advanced Commerce tools
- Contribute to personalisation strategies to improve user experience
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce monthly performance reports for NEC and '47 within assigned regions
- Analyse data using tools such as Contentsquare and Google Analytics
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and conversion
Knowledge and Experience
- Requirement for the successful candidate to be fully fluent in English and German - verbal and written
- Understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital content optimisation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, web, and product teams
