New Era Cap is seeking a Senior Performance and Digital Marketing Manager EMEA to own CRM strategy, lifecycle journeys and multi-channel campaigns across the New Era Cap and '47 brands.

The role combines data-driven insights with long-term retention growth in a hybrid setup.

Based at our Milton Keynes Head Office, you will lead email, SMS and push programs, collaborate with Web, Analytics and Creative teams, and partner with Klaviyo for platform optimization.
