Reporting to: Head of PR and Digital Communications
Role Overview: We are looking for a Maternity Cover on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a strategic and creative Ecommerce Campaign Manager role who will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive online sales and customer retention. This role reports into the Head of PR & Digital Communications EMEA but will also work very closely with the Buying & Merchandising, Web, and Marketing teams to build and execute marketing plans across all localized sites.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging end-to-end online ecommerce brand campaigns to drive commerciality across seasonal product stories and key brand launches.
- Work collaboratively with the DTC team and regional Marketing teams to achieve an aligned content and communication strategy for ecommerce.
- Develop seasonal planning documents which include kick off briefs, strategy decks and license approval documents.
- Own the campaign calendar and align digital marketing efforts with trading plans, product launches and seasonal events.
- Brief and oversee the development of all creative digital assets (banners, landing pages, product copy).
- Monitor site performance and campaign impact using analytic tools and provide actionable insights and weekly reports.
- Closely monitor and report on weekly and monthly performance and KPIs.
- Work with the regional translation teams to ensure copy is translated and content is relevant to the specific regions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.
Knowledge and Experience:
To apply you must have/be:
- At least 2+ years in a DTC or retail e-commerce brand.
- Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana or Monday.com.
- Proven track record of strategic planning in a cross-functional capacity.
- Proven experience of creative campaign ideation and execution in a marketing-led role.
- Experience with Figma would be beneficial.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Essential experience using Adobe Photoshop, GA.
- Ability to travel abroad for certain business-related meetings.
Qualifications and Achievements:
Advanced education, ideally at a degree level, in a marketing-based subject.
Please note, this role is a fixed-term contract covering Maternity leave and will be based in our Milton Keynes Office - 4 days onsite, 1 day working from home.
