Reporting To: Production Manager
Responsible For: Controlling all stock movements from within the W.I.P chiller. Ensuring stock rotation is followed at all times, full visibility of traceability of all stocks in W.I.P is essential, ensure G.M.P standards are met at all times and chiller is audit ready, complete daily stock reports.
Job Purpose: To supervise W.I.P chill area, issue correct stock to production while maintaining full stock control and traceability.
Key Accountabilities:
- To ensure all stock has full traceability when stored in the W.I.P Chiller.
- To ensure all stock has been recorded into the W.I.P chiller.
- To ensure all stock is issued to production when requested and stock is adjusted accordingly.
- Ensure excellent G.M.P standards are maintained within the W.I.P chiller.
- Record daily stock checks at the end of your shift and report to Production and Planning Manager.
- Ensure W.I.P stock is segregated into Retail, Wholesale, and primary W.I.P.
- Liaise with the technical department in delivering technical systems and procedures.
- Report to the factory manager and production manager in daily T2 meetings.
