Reporting to: Operations Support Manager
Job Purpose: Ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently, safely and to the set requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for feeding the Primary lines with relevant H&G material as per the daily filleting plan.
- Ensure both stock rotation and segregation are adhered to.
- To control material & usage through achieving traceability and data collection.
- Recording of all Co Products via K2.
- Liaising with the Primary team during full changeovers per catch method per batch.
- Ensure any relevant compliance paperwork is completed.
- Report all Non-Conformances immediately to their supervisor.
- To ensure all transactions are completed on BC and K2.
- Maintenance of housekeeping & hygiene standards of area and equipment.
- Supporting H&S initiatives in the business.
- Always operate within our technical requirements.
- To support training colleagues.
Key Skills/ Knowledge/ Experience:
- Knowledge of species – co products.
- System knowledge for completion of internal transactions.
- POEPT and POEPST license.
- Waste and material control.
- Hygiene and Quality control.
- Compliance completion – attention to detail on traceability.
- H & S level 2 and food safety level 2 (minimum).
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- To operate to a Safe and Effective Standard, all Machinery and Equipment provided to perform allocated duties and ensure all defects and damages are reported immediately to their supervisor.
Additional Information: As per the needs of the business; you will be deputised in your absence as required. In addition, you will undertake any training that the company deems necessary that may assist you to affect the above responsibilities.
