Overview
Ferncroft Country Club blends a rich heritage of golfing excellence with preeminent service in a family-friendly, first-class private club. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the course has hosted the LPGA Boston Five Classic (1980-90) and will co-host the 2024 New England PGA Section Championship.

Experience Required
Private club experience is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of Golf Genius Tournament Software and Microsoft Office is a plus. The role involves tournament operations, teaching, and golf shop duties. Attention to detail, multitasking, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Candidates should expect a tenure of 2-3 years with aspirations to become Head Professional. They must be motivated, hardworking, team-oriented, service-focused, and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
