As a Chef de Partie at the New Dungeon Ghyll, you will play a key role in delivering smooth, efficient and high-quality service within a busy, independently run kitchen.

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service
  • Uphold excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis ready to step up
  • A genuine interest in good food and quality local produce
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred)

Set in the heart of the Langdale Valley, the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel is a much-loved, independently run 23-bedroom hotel surrounded by some of the Lake District’s most iconic fells. Our focus is simple: warm hospitality, well-executed food and a relaxed yet professional environment. We are building a team that values high standards, pride in the craft and a supportive kitchen culture.
