We are currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers to work in secondary schools across Ellesmere Port. This role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, supervising pupils, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with relevant experience who are considering teacher training routes such as PGCE or School Direct.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a degree or strong subject knowledge – or experience of managing a team/group
- Be confident leading a classroom independently
- Manage behaviour effectively and professionally
- Be reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding
