We are currently recruiting committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of schools across the Bridgend area. Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to gain classroom experience, we have a range of opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality learning
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
  • Helping manage classroom behaviour and routines
  • Assisting with the preparation of learning materials
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive and engaging school environment

Experience working with children or young people (in education or other settings)

  • A caring and patient approach with good communication skills
  • Adaptability and a willingness to work in different school environments
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA or CACHE) are beneficial but not essential
