New Directions Education is currently recruiting for a pool of Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work within Leeds based, Special Educational Needs settings. We are looking for dedicated, passionate individuals to support students with a variety of needs. We want to hear from you if you have:
- A good understanding of trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic behaviour support.
- Training in Team-Teach or other recognised behaviour intervention methods.
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
