We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming school community in Ashford, Kent for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning and provide targeted support
- Assist with classroom management and creating a safe, supportive environment

- Help with general classroom duties and contribute to a positive school culture
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting) is desirable but not essential
- A patient, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Availability for an immediate start
