Do you enjoy helping students develop confidence with reading, writing and communication? We are currently recruiting English Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Leicestershire. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced TAs or individuals with strong literacy skills and a passion for education.
Responsibilities
- Supporting students during English lessons
- Working with small groups on literacy interventions
- Encouraging student engagement and classroom participation
- Providing classroom support to the teacher

Ideal Candidate
- Have strong communication and literacy skills
