New Directions Education are currently recruiting Primary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in primary schools across the Chester area. This is an excellent opportunity for ECTs to gain valuable classroom experience in supportive school settings.
The Role:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Working collaboratively with experienced teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- A positive and proactive approach to teaching
