Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced International Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting qualified teachers with exciting opportunities in respected schools throughout the UAE, specifically in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah, Dubai, Ras al-Khaimah, and Umm al-Qaiwain. Your expertise in international recruitment and passion for education will help teachers embark on rewarding journeys abroad while ensuring high-quality placements for schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international schools across the UAE, focusing on understanding their specific needs and culture.
- Source and recruit experienced and qualified teachers, using job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to find the right fit for international schools, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and standards.

Experience:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with both clients and candidates.
- A proactive approach to work, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the international education landscape, particularly in the UAE regions of Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah, Dubai, Ras al-Khaimah, and Umm al-Qaiwain.
