Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced International Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting qualified teachers with exciting opportunities in respected schools throughout the UAE, specifically in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah, Dubai, Ras al-Khaimah, and Umm al-Qaiwain. Your expertise in international recruitment and passion for education will help teachers embark on rewarding journeys abroad while ensuring high-quality placements for schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international schools across the UAE, focusing on understanding their specific needs and culture.
