We are currently seeking Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants for schools across Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The successful candidate will support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs, helping them remain engaged and supported throughout the school day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing support on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting pupils with classroom engagement and routines
  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
  • Working collaboratively with teaching and SEN staff
