New Directions Education is looking for a motivated and reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Ashton, working in Year 5. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team and help pupils achieve their full potential.

The Role:
- Supporting teaching staff in planning and delivering lessons for Year 5 pupils
- Working with pupils one-to-one, in small groups, and within the classroom

- Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting positive interactions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Has experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with upper Key Stage 2 pupils
- Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service
- Can provide references, including most recent employer
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning
