New Directions Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the M3 area of Manchester for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team from September. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity, ideal for a confident HLTA who enjoys taking on responsibility, supporting teaching and learning across the school, and making a positive impact on pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND.

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a recognised HLTA qualification (L3 TA or above) or has relevant experience working at HLTA level within a primary school.
- Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and can adapt learning to meet individual needs.
- Is confident leading small groups, covering classes when required, and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
