New Directions are currently recruiting for a History Teacher to work in a Secondary school based in Manchester. The role is starting in September on a full time, long term basis. We Expect this role to go permanent for the right candidate.

- Supportive and pro-active senior leadership team
The Role:
- Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development
- Support the school’s vision and values, and foster a positive learning environment
The Candidate will:
- Hold a PGCE and UK QTS (or QTLS)
- Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
- Manage behaviour
- Build relationships with students
