We’re currently looking for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across schools in Loughborough, supporting pupils who need extra help to succeed in the classroom. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress throughout the school day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs
  • Encouraging focus, participation, and positive behaviour
  • Providing reassurance, structure, and consistency
  • Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment
  • Helping pupils develop confidence both academically and socially

What we’re looking for:

To be considered, you should have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN, in education, or within a similar support-based role such as:

  • SEN Support Worker
  • Care / Support Worker
  • Youth Worker
  • Nursery Practitioner
  • Residential Support Worker

Pay: £92.63 - £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
