NewDirections Education Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in Llanelli and Carmarthen. This is an agency-based role offering flexible opportunities to gain experience and support students in classroom environments. We are primarily looking for candidates available for full-time work, although part-time applicants will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
- Assisting students with their learning, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students with additional needs where required
- Assisting with classroom preparation and general administrative tasks
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a willingness to work across different school environments
£90 per day (with a pay increase from April)
