The Role
- Support pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Help to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using a calm and consistent approach
- Support pupils in accessing a personalised curriculum tailored to their individual needs
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or within a SEND setting
- Is xgikmsk confident in managing challenging behaviour in a patient and proactive manner
- Demonstrates resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable pupils
