The Role
- Deliver targeted interventions to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual EHCP targets and learning needs
- Work with small groups to develop communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
- Support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs
- Implement structured intervention programmes and track pupil progress
- Promote and maintain outstanding behaviour through consistent application of the school's behaviour policy
