New Directions Education are working in partnership with a Leeds, SEN Provision, who are actively recruiting for a pool of dedicated and compassionate SEN Teachers.

We want to hear from
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND in a mainstream or specialist setting
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies, inclusive teaching practices, and behaviour management
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting vulnerable learners
- Creative
You will be working with learners across all phases, providing tailored support both in and out of the classroom. The role involves:
- Deliver high-quality, individualised teaching to learners
- Develop and adapt resources to support a diverse range of learning styles and abilities
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, therapists, and families
- Implement EHCP targets and track/monitor pupil progress
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
