New Directions Education Ltd is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in Mainstream Secondary Resource Provisions across Wakefield. You will support learners 1:1 or in small groups, helping implement education and behaviour plans and encourage progression in learning and social development.
Successful candidates will have experience with trauma-informed approaches or Team-Teach, a solid understanding of SEND needs, and may provide personal care as required.
