New Directions Education is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities across Leeds. Whether you’re seeking full-time consistency or part-time flexibility, you’ll play a key role in supporting young learners as they develop the foundations for future success.
The Role
- Support children in Nursery and Reception classes.
- Encourage learning through play and engaging activities.
- Help develop children’s communication, social, and emotional skills.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering exciting and creative lessons.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children with varying learning needs and abilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with children in an Early Years or school setting.
- A caring, patient, and positive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant childcare or education qualifications are desirable but not essential.
