We are an established education agency currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across primary schools in the Chepstow area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a classroom setting.

The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to support pupils with additional learning needs, either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Roles may include supporting children with SEN, behavioural needs, or general classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils to access the curriculum
  • Assisting the class teacher with daily activities
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support where required
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
  • A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
  • A genuine interest in supporting children’s education
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Right to work in the UK
