The Role

  • Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment
  • Deliver daily phonics sessions, using the Read Write Inc. programme (training can be provided)
  • Support the learning, development, and care of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is caring, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting children's development
  • Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges
  • Is committed to supporting pupils in early reading and phonics development

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
