New Directions Education Ltd is recruiting a long‑term, full‑time SEND Teaching Assistant for a KS1 SEND hub in the West Bromwich area. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 15:25, from September 2026 to at least July 2027, with potential for a permanent contract.

Eight students with autism and speech and language support needs form the SEND hub; you will be empathetic, supportive and engaging, working with an experienced teacher and another SEND TA to foster an inclusive classroom environment.
