New Directions Education Ltd is seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join its SEND Team at a Trafford secondary school from September on a full-time basis.

This is a 1:1 support role based in KS3/4 with pupils who have additional needs.

You will work closely with the SENCo and class teacher to tailor learning and behaviour plans, challenging expectations and supporting speech and language interventions where appropriate.
