New Directions Education is seeking passionate and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our supply team, working in primary schools across Cardiff.
As a key member of the classroom team, you’ll support teachers, lead learning sessions, and help pupils achieve their potential across a variety of subjects and settings. Whether you’re looking for full-time work, a few days a week, or short-term placements, we offer flexible assignments that fit your lifestyle.

Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent Level 4 teaching assistant certificate

The ability to adapt to different settings and support students with diverse needs
