As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Support teachers with classroom activities and learning.
- Assist pupils individually and in small groups.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and progress.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.
- Adapt to different school settings and classroom environments.
What we're looking for
