New Directions Education are currently recruiting a Secondary English Teacher to work in schools across Ellesmere Port. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to deliver engaging English lessons and inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The Role:
- Teaching English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress
- Maintaining positive behaviour and an inclusive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with the English department and wider staff team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant UK teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- A passion for English and inspiring young learners
- A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
