We are currently seeking Learning Support Assistants for schools across Coalville, Leicestershire and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will provide support to pupils with additional learning needs, both in and out of the classroom, helping them remain engaged and supported throughout the school day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting with classroom engagement and routines
  • Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with teaching and SEN staff

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or within a similar support-based role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A patient and adaptable approach
