About the Role
The school’s Specialist Resource Base supports children aged 3–11 with social, emotional and behavioural needs. Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will help pupils develop confidence, resilience and positive relationships while supporting their access to the mainstream curriculum within a nurturing and structured environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
- Building positive relationships to encourage engagement and learning.
- Assisting with classroom activities and individual learning programmes.
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals where required.
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
