The Role
As a Childcare Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting the daily care, learning and development of children within the 3+ provision. You will help create a positive and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning, play and development through age-appropriate activities.
- Promote children’s physical, emotional, social and educational wellbeing.
- Ensure a safe, caring and stimulating environment at all times.
- Encourage children’s independence, communication and social interaction.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of staff.
