New Directions Education are recruiting a pool of confident, adaptable, and compassionate Cover Supervisors to work across a range of SEN provisions in Leeds. As a Cover Supervisor, your working day will involve:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities to learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Supporting students in maintaining engagement and focus throughout the school day.
- Adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and needs, including those with autism, complex learning difficulties, and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) needs.
