New Directions are recruiting specialist ALN support assistants to work within a day special school for pupils aged 3-19 with ALN/SEN needs.
Location: Penarth/Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.
Role involves delivering high-quality support and teaching in small groups and 1:1 across the curriculum. The role requires nurturing, trauma-informed approaches, strong classroom practice and effective ICT use.
Training courses/webinars are offered, with DBS checks and safeguarding in place.
